CREDILA
CREDILA: Care for Rural Elders with Dignity Despite their lower Aspirations
This program is focused towards the elderly population who are facing financial and emotional difficulties dealing with life limiting illness like cancer. After a thorough need assessment plan 10 respected elders have been chosen as the beneficiaries, this program will aid is providing them with ration support, clothing and medications. This program is supported by VYK and Bosch.
In the first phase we have provided them with ration after consulting a dietician which is designed to fulfill the RDA and boost the immunity. Our team also has a heart to heart conversation with our elders, what we could given them was time and an active ear, To tell them that their life matters
TCAP
TCAP : Tobacco Control and Awareness Program
This program aims at creating awareness on harmful effects of tobacco and early oral cancer signs and symptoms to 500 individuals in North East Delhi.
A baseline survey has been conducted by our team with awareness activities aimed at women, who are concerned about the health of their families. We received overwhelming response from the women, identifying the signs of early oral cancer in their families
Youth Health Program India

Ekohum Foundation was the technical partner for tobacco awareness and breast and oral cancer screening heaping youth. Ekohum screened 350 people for oral cancer in Mangolpuri, Delhi. we were shocked to find how many young people suffered with oral premalignant disease.
Awareness for schools
Tobacco Awareness for school students, with cancer awareness sessions for the school staff.
We have screened staff suffering from oral premalignant disorders many of them have stopped tobacco consumption.
Tobacco awareness sessions for students gives them the opportunity to ask questions from the expert, without any judgement.
Operation Breathe
Our attempt was to provide support to the cancer patients who were stuck in lockdown one in Delhi, the patients from outstation were confused, did not have resources, our attempt was be help them in whatever capacity we could - during the 1st wave of Covid.
During the second wave, supported by our team of volunteers, we ran a covid helpline for screening, teleconsultation and telemedicine.
